I have the 150MPH speedometer and non-tach clock from a '68-'70 Charger or other Mopar B-body with the Rallye dash. They'd been bodged into a '71 cluster that I bought, but no modifications were made to either gauge (dingleberry drilled the cluster housing).
The speedometer needle moves smoothly but the cable drive could use some lubrication.
I have no idea if the clock works; the reset knob is missing but the shaft is in place and works.
Speedo face has typical fade but clock is surprisingly nice.
Both are useless to me, since I don't own a '68-'70 B-body and have no plans to get one.
