1966 Plymouth Satellite - $11,900 - Washington, DC - Good solid example of the classic 66 Satellite Hardtop. Very straight, rust free body with older correct Haze green paint that has some imperfections, nicks, chips etc. but still fairly presentable. Interior appears mostly original with excellent dash, headliner and seats but front drivers door panel and carpets are starting to show their age. All gauges works as well as lights and signals. Originally came with 273 V8 2bbl engine but now has nicely built 383 4bbl engine with aluminum intake and holley carb. Still has factory 727 automatic transmission with center console along with dual exhaust and power steering. Car runs and drives very strong with everything performing real well. Recent work includes new master cylinder with complete brake flush, new fuel pump and gasket, new oil pan gasket, Yoke seal replaced, full coolant flush and lubrication service. Also has new distributor o-ring, new thermostat and fresh oil change. Engine and trunk compartments are very tidy and comes with factory spare and jack. Underneath the car is very nice with no rust issues anywhere, Pictures available upon request. Overall a very solid car that is ready for some muscle car fun.

That may be the ugliest interior I've ever seen. The whole thing needs to be changed to black, be it via vinyl dye (some parts can be saved) or replacements (the door panels in particular). Who the hell pulls a 273 to drop in a freakin' Poly engine?! Someone who thinks it's a 383! Someone else is apparently dumb enough to believe it too, since a dealer is selling it.

Nice, solid-looking project car... priced $7,000+ too high.
