1965 AMC Rambler - Auction - Raleigh, NC - To be OFFERED AT AUCTION at The Raleigh Classic's Winter Event December 2-3 2016. Estimate: $23,000 - $27,000 This seldom seen and beautiful example has only 64,473 miles - the low mileage is reportedly actual, however, the title is marked ?exempt? due to age. It is very highly optioned including 327 V8, automatic console mounted transmission, deluxe bucket seat interior, power steering, power brakes, factory air conditioning, dual exhaust system, factory spinner wheel covers, factory AM-FM radio, correct white wall tires and very rare 6 way power driver seat. All mechanical aspects of the car have been restored including new brakes, new gas lines and new exhaust system. The engine and transmission have also been rebuilt. The bumpers have been replated, new window regulators installed as well as a new wiring harness. Purchase includes receipts and documentation for extensive NOS components installed during the ground up restoration. This jewel is a joy to drive and ready for daily use or as a real head turner wherever it is seen.

Well preserved, loaded with options & resale red. :hmmm: If it weren't for the fact that AMC guys are cheap bastards it might bring a fair price at auction.

The Car Whose Trunk Could Not Be Used.

I do love the tail-panel section of the '65 Marlin. Form over function, but it's a fine form.
