1964 Plymouth Sport Fury - $35,000 - Crystal Lake, IL - This is an extremely rare 64 Sport Fury survivor. This car started life as a 426 WEDGE and somewhere along the line that engine was pulled and replaced with a 440. It still maintains it's original 426 WEDGE INTAKE, DUAL QUADS, 4 Speed TRANS, and Exhaust manifolds it came with. Unfortunately over the years the fender tags went missing. It came out of one of the largest and most meticulous private MOPAR collections in America and enjoyed the same owner for over 35 years. This car has a period correct 440 block with the 426 MAX WEDGE intake with dual quads. These original MAX WEDGE MOPARS are currently well north of $100K. Everything else on this vehicle is believed to be original from the factory. With the odometer showing just 21000 miles this car is a true MOPAR collectors dream!!This car is very straight with no dents or major corrosion issues. The bright red paint shows original and is in overall good condition. The car is equipped with seldom seen Sport Wheels which are in very good condition and almost impossible to find today...these ARE NOT Re-Pops! The black interior is original (except drivers seat) and is in very good condition. This car is an unmolested original, which is very popular with collectors.
