As someone who actually knows what it means, and is shopping for a place to have such work done, I want to see the machine-shop receipt for the blueprinting. The machine work on just the block should total about 6% of the asking price.

It's a nice car and everything, but it's just too bland and has way too many warts to warrant anywhere near that kind of money.
