For how "collectible" these cars are supposed to be, it sure seems like everyone that has one wants it gone.

It may have something to do with the economy being in the toilet. :hmmm: Studebakers & AMC's have always been entry level collectibles and such are usually owned by people in the less "well off" bracket. Because the lower you are on the rung of the economy the worse you'll feel the pain. It stands to reason that these same people are just trying to survive be dumping their frivolities. Also these entry level cars seem to be owned by less "hard core" enthusiast.

I am sure there are many of us, even though we are not "upper core" economically, would sell our souls before our cars. Like the saying goes, "Right now it's a buyers market"
