I would wager that the color looks a lot better in person than it does in the pictures. :hmmm:

Stylists in the late '40s must've been a really dull, bored bunch. This car has no flair or pizazz whatsoever and the interesting color doesn't help much.

I've noticed that seems to be the case across the board. The late 40's & early 50's were drab cars for all brands.
