If those are good, solid body panels Willys really had stamping-die issues. :doh:

This illustrates nicely the total idiocy of these vehicles and the prices people ask for them. This one is far too expensive, but looking at it I would estimate it would take maybe $4,000 to fully restore it. Most of that would be body & paint. There's just not much to do on these because they were so simple. Cut the price in half and by the time you got to the original higher asking price, you'd be able to sell it to the Jeepster idiots for three times your investment. Stupid runs deep.
