1937 Dodge Ram - $18,900 - Plainview, NY -
Beautiful and rarely seen 1937 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton Pickup.
One of the first Dodge Ram pickups ever made.

This is a beautifully original rust free Dodge Ram pickup with the original Ram hood ornament still on it more than 75 years later.

This pickup looks incredible and runs even better.
The original 6 volt system seems to defy all other 6 volt systems in that it cranks strong no matter how many times you start and stop her.

This pickup retains the original 218ci, 75hp flat-head 6 and 3 speed stick on the floor. The engine, clutch and transmission and brakes are all in excellent working order with no issues to speak of.
Four oversized tires were used back in the day due to the lack of paved roads.
An original fifth or spare tire is mounted as shown.

Front windshield cranks open.
Options include factory heater and one windshield wiper.

god what a beauty....till you look closer..looks like they took a survivior and painted it and did the gut but didnt touch anything under the truck.....shame on the gut they shoulda brought that RED on the body inside to keep the 2 tone flowing...

lose the fucking HD mats

It is a nice color combo, and I agree on the interior. My main complaint is those oversized wheels. They just don't look right. And that sidemount sticking a foot above the beltline is pure eyesore.

ill give you the spare..but i actualy like the oversized wheels for the sole reason that ive NEVER seen them before

They took the two-tone too far on the exterior. It's like they were running out of grey. One of the horizontal stripes I would keep, but I'd lose the red headlamp housings, grille and the other horizontal stripe (either/or). The colors work well together but that's just garish. Not a fan of the wheels or the spare either.
