1917 Dodge - $15,000 - WILLIAMSBURG, IA - I TOOK THIS VEHICLE ON TRADE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. IT HAS NOT BEEN STARTED FOR PROBABLY TEN YEARS. HAS BEEN STORED INSIDE ALL THE TIME. THE TOP IS GOOD, AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES, THE VEHICLE IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE, EXCEPT FOR SOME CRACKING AND PEALING IN THE PAINT MOSTLY DOWN BY THE RUNNING BOARDS AND SOME ON THE FENDERS. FOR SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THESE CARS, IT MOST LIKELY WILL BE A VERY EASY JOB TO GET GOING AND ENJOY IT. THE LAST TIME IT WAS RUN IT WAS USED IN A PARADE, AND THEN PUT BACK IN THE SHED.
I HAVE NO TITLE, WILL COME WITH A BILL OF SALE. CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS 319-330-4525.

I'm not so sure. I mean, these are simple machines but this guy is asking $17K for a car that doesn't run? Why didn't he get it running?

It seems sketchy as hell to me, considering that's probably not far off the price one would pay for a runner... with a title, no less.

The demand for cars from this era is very low, which puts his price about $8k to $10k too high for a non-running. Get it running good and add another $2k.

This one looks straight & solid and the inside is sweet, but I don't see any nickle or brass. It's too blah looking to bring top dollars.
