And what's with the snaps on the belt molding??

Only 19k miles but yet the suspension was rebuilt....:hmmm:
My 4dr 68 has 23k on it and the OEM suspension still rides perfect.

Again with the ugly fuggin' rims;

It is clean, he should have thrown a few dollars at that engine compartment though. The wheels might work with real tires. Fact is, no mopars are going down in price. :(

I then spent $1k more on other small details and a new stainless exhaust.

it must be under that "resto-rust" faux paint...

How does he get off calling it a "Mint Survivor" when it's been painted and all the other stuff has been done.

He also says it was originally yellow, but that engine bay looks white to me.
So, it's a surviving restoration?

I will save this one for Barrett Jackson if it does not sell here on eBay.

B-J wouldn't take it until it was done right.

It's a pretty nice car, though - I'd take it without complaining.
It's the ad and how the car is being represented that's not right.

His painter must have suffered from don't-want-to-bend-over-and-do-it-right-itis. Common affliction among us painters. ;)

It is nice and straight, but that's a lot of money for what they did, in my opinion.

I dug through his feedback for items bought, :giggedy:

Looks like we'll see an all original GTO from him soon, but just posting ones relevant to car at hand.

"and they spent FOREVER block sanding everything and making it perfect as the photos show."

what a F-ing dog
"Survivor is a Collector Grade Show Condition"....well wich is it...pop the hood and it aint no show car...and its had work done to it so it aint no survivor

i love the fake cheep braided line covers going to the 2brl carb LOL

uhhh more shots but now on craggers and redlines

There are so many things wrong with that auction, where is one to begin? Sounds like a sleezy rat of a used car dealer to me.

Seems as though he didn't like me sending him an e-mail with the link to this post. :D

"yes, that is why it is doing so poorly you ignorant fuck"

I see he also joined up, looked at this thread but didn't post.

lol i sent him email asking where the stainless exhaust is as well as asking how he thinks its a survivor and a show car..when you realy cant have both
heres the reply i got

"why dont you stick with toy cars you ignorant fuck"
heres the morons real email adress Wanteditemz@aol.com

i descided that since he is obviously an asshole and moron combinded that i would let him know that the mopar comunity is laughing at him

Yeah, no one accused him of being a rocket scientist. I love seeing scammers get busted! Well, this one really kinda busted himself-you guys just pointed it out. The "stainless exhaust" is classic!

I asked him the same questions and he called me a "wannabe nosey little socksucker".

So then I told him to "Why don't you just eat a d__k you worthless, lying sack O' s__t!" :D

Is "monotone yellow" an official Chrysler color?:shifty: What a dick...:bwuhaha: :bwuhaha: Glad to see you guys burned him...and all he could come back with is "... ignorant fuck" :jagoff: fuggin used car salesmen

Hey, I just noticed something-he didn't lie about the exhaust. He said he spent money on the exhaust, he didn't say he INSTALLED the exhaust. In fact, I don't think he even said he spent money for an exhaust system for that car-hell, it might have been a stainless exhaust for a 1974 Volkswagen Beetle. Then again, maybe he's just a lying sack o' shit. I dunno, what do you guys think?

"It rides like a dream in downtown Detroit traffic at speeds up to and sometimes over 100 MPH"

It must be fun plowing through bumper to bumper Detroit traffic eh?... and hey, I just admitted to driving my clean survivor like a moron at 45+ mph over the limit.

24k USD still seems like not a bad deal on this car if that's what you could get it for, don't you think?

Opinions?

Anyways, it is nice to see people get burned on this stuff too. His auction is fishy, but a decent looking car nonetheless.

LOL this post is teh funnies :D :bwuhaha: So he is saying the car is not bidding high because of this one single thread? wtf?
