Chrysler has made ten million Pentastar V6 engines.
The acclaimed powerplant, which reportedly was nearly cancelled under Cerberus, has made it to the Wards 10 Best Engines list six times, and is placed in roughly half of all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles; when the 2020 Gladiator shows up, they will be in 16 different models.
