    Another score!

Man I love Ebay. Quick recap... Earlier this year I picked up a 360 to upgrade the Fury. Complete from intake to pan. Cost-$150 USD. Motor has since been sold for a small profit because... 2 months ago I picked up a 70 383 long block. Cost-$25 USD (not a misprint). Now I find myself about to...

    The Fridge

Took some new pics last week in the sunshine and figured I'd share :) Things are coming along pretty nicely. Rear suspension all done. Steering box is currently in Ohio getting a full make over by Steer & Gear. Rest of front steering/suspension should be ready to go in a few weeks. All...

    And awaaaaaaay we go!

Time to get out of this miserably chilly weather around here. Packing up the wife and kids and heading to Florida for a week :) The company I work for has a condo in St. Pete that all partners/employees have full access to. That plus the new company van and $200 for gas makes for a pretty...

Seeing the new Challenger up close in reality anyway! Was on my way back to the shop this morning and there sat a gorgeous, orange-black beauty right at a stop sign. Was even the SRT-8 version. Man, what an awesomely fuckin' COOL lookin' machine. Guy even gave it a good chirp as he pulled away...

A Mexican, an Arab and a redneck girl

A Mexican, an Arab, and a redneck girl are in the same bar. When the Mexican finishes his beer, he throws his glass in the air, pulls out his pistol, and shoots the glass to pieces. He says, "In Mexico, our glasses are so cheap we don't need to drink with the same one twice." The Arab...

    Rebuilt my carb today...

...almost. My first attempt at carb rebuilding went just swimmingly today. Got the BBD removed, disassembled and cleaned, no problems. About 2/3 of the way through reassembly I notice that the shaft of the pump plunger is different than the one I took out. The old one is a cylindrical rod that...

Firm Feel or Steer & Gear?

'Allo all. It's time for a new steering box for the big Fury and I'm down to going with either Firm Feel or Steer & Gear. I've heard mostly good about both companies and am just looking for some feedback from those of you that have dealt with them. Thanks in advance

    Not a mopar but...

...I think this is one sweet ass concept. Has way more appeal than the Craparo. I've never minded the "other" GM divisions, they did some good stuff back in the day (70-72 Cutlass, 70-74 Trans Am SD etc.). This thing makes me see images of Burt Reynolds being pursued by by Sheriff Beaufort T...

    Possible 440?

Been thinking of scooping a 440 I've been watching online for a few days. Complete '78 longblock including pistons, rods, crank, oil pan, timing cover, heads (#unknown) etc. No brackets or pulleys. Does $250 sound like a good deal? Never delved into the whole big block thing.
