Little forum shuffle

While contemplating Stretchy's idea of a recipe section, I decided that there were enough Automotive forums and General forums to organize them under their own respective categories.

So, now there's an Automotive category under which you will find:
--Showroom
--Our own members progress posts
--Car of the month.
--Trivia! Game (because it's MOPAR trivia)
--Sandwiches Gifs! (because they're all auto-related gifs)
--Mopar Media!
--Technical Section
----Serious tech question? General/Performance
---- Technical archives
----N.O.S. info!

and the General forums stay pretty much the same except I moved the Health news And discussion forum in to this category and then added the new Recipes forum.

Make sense?

Lot's of new features..

Look under Quick Links in the menu:
Photo Albums
Social Groups
Contacts Popup
etc.
etc.
etc.

All settings for new features are at defaults for now. Have fun. Check 'em out. Let me know what ya find.

The side effect: some of the styles lost some bits and pieces.
I'll fix what I can but I'm also looking at some new styles. So, I may just replace some of the broken ones.

Everything else seems to be fine so far. Let me know if you see otherwise.
